Refund/Cancellation
Policy:
Tangible Items:
To be entitled to refund on tangible items, you must
submit your request from the customer support form above
within 7 days of the date of delivery of your item (date of
delivery is determined by the delivery date specified by the
confirmed shipping date by the shipping carrier). The
item must be returned in the same package and in its
original condition.
Non-Tangible Items (Services, Online Courses, Digital
Content):
To be entitled to refund on non-tangible items (services,
online courses, digital content), you must submit your
request from the customer support form above within 7 days
of your purchase. If you downloaded any item
purchased, or used any service or content, or if your
request for refund/cancellation is made outside of the time
limits set forth above, you may not be entitled to refund.
Partial Refunds (Tangible Items):
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in
original condition that is returned more than 30 days
after delivery: 80% of item's price.you
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of
item's price.
- Any CD, DVD, software or cassette tape that has been
opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's
price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our
error: up to 50% of item's price.
Partial Refunds (Non-Tangible Items):
In our sole discretion, we may provide a partial refund for
non-tangible items (i.e., Services, Online Courses, Digital
Content).

Shipping Policy (Tangible
Items):
Tangible Items will be shipped within 7 days of your order to
the address you specify on your order form. Exceptions may
be made to those who request shipment to a different address
before their item is shipped or if the request is made within 24
hours of their purchase. To request shipment to a
different address, you must make your request on the Customer
Support form above within 24 hours of your purchase and include
your order number, full name, phone number, email address.
If you have not received your tangible item(s) within 21 days
or your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund at your
discretion. If the shipping carrier provides proof of
delivery of your item(s), you may not be entitled to refund for
non-receipt of your item(s).
